Technical Consultant

Are you a friendly and motivated technical consultant who has the experience and ability to provide our clients with the best customer service experience they could get?

Acclipse NZ Ltd is a dynamic, innovative technology company providing software to the accounting and general business market.
This position will appeal to you if you are a highly motivated person who thrives on excellent customer service and meeting & exceeding your goals.

Generally, the role will include:

  • Professionally and effectively counseling clients on the setup and use of products;
  • Active involvement in testing and evaluating a range of products;
  • Analysing, diagnosing and resolving client product enquiries;

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to achieving high standards.

Specifically, they will also have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the proven ability to evaluate complex situations, develop creative alternatives, and provide suitable recommendations;
  • Superior time-management skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and fluctuations in workflow;
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, Windows Operating Systems, and Internet applications;
  • Previous experience working with Accountants a plus.

At Acclipse no two days will be the same! We are a rapidly growing and innovative technology company, seeking an energetic and enthusiastic person for a newly created role of training consultant.

This position will appeal to you if you are a highly motivated person who thrives on providing clients with the best possible training experience on our wide range of products.
 
Generally, the role will include:

  • Developing and conducting workshops, seminars and webinars
  • Providing onsite and online consultative training services to clients to ensure they are using our products in the most suitable way for their business; 
  • Regular travel to perform onsite training/workshops throughout New Zealand 
  • Active involvement in testing and evaluating a range of products
